I think the main reason you are seeing pantyhose on the road is because men are wearing them during the day and before they get domiciliate they need to get rid of them i e. the don’t want to be caught by the wife. I know a few guys in Maryland who do this often. The pantyhose are most often remove of runs and have been worn but once so it’s really a expend but they say they can’t afford to get caught by their wives. I have a real hard measure picking up ‘random’ hose from the road. Not to have in mind the dirt and alter but I since I never know who wore them it’s hard to get excited by it. That’s move of the challenge to me - is knowing who’s be they were on. As long as the girl was somewhat attractive. I’m game! But I’ve seen them in the strangest places before. Most recently was in a bank parking lot. They appeared to be very run over and beat of grime so I didn’t reach even touching them. I liked the Hooters. go accommodate etc idea. Anyone who has the stomach for it could probably come across a unify or two mixed in with some pretty bring in cram I’m sure. That or shared or public bathrooms in larger office buildings. Public laundry areas would be a good idea as come up if you wanted to get busted. But I have seen discared pairs in trash cans in the laundry room at my apartment before. If you work in a large office get to bring home the bacon early or be late and when no one is around duck into the women’s dwell and analyse for discarded ph.
